Exhibition registration is free of charge*

*Pre-registration is open until 12pm Friday 22nd January 2010. Applications received after this date will not be processed. It is possible to register onsite subject to a £20 administration fee. Defence IQ reserves the right to decline visitor pass applications and refuse admission without constraints nor any requirement to provide an explanation. Exhibition visitors are explicitly prohibited from promoting or demonstrating any product or service during their attendance of the event. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate expulsion.

Group Discounts* for Military & Industry

• Groups of 3 receive 10% off
• Groups of 5 receive 25% off
• Groups of 7 receive 40% off

*Members of a group booking must register at the same time and be employed by the same company. Only one discount is available per person and group discounts are not applicable in conjunction with another discount.

Please note:

• All 'Early Bird' discounts must require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
• Any discounts offered whether by IQPC (including team discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration.
