We already have over 2000 people pre-registered to attend with plenty more registering between now and the event. Over 40 different countries will be represented including over 65 officers of 1* and above from 22 nations including Albania, Brazil, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey. Each and every visitor is individually checked and approved to ensure that we have maximum quality and quantity of attendees. Don't forget the drinks reception with paid bars from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday 2nd Feb and make sure you invite your customers!
There will be six vehicles on display, some of them not seen in Europe before. In no particular order they are: BAE's CV 90-based FRES SV demonstrator vehicle, Iveco's LMV, Oshkosh's Sandcat, Oshkosh's M-ATV and TMV's 6x6M. The team at Millbrook Proving Ground is also bringing a vehicle to demonstrate their testing capabilities.
SOLD OUT! There are over 100 exhibitors covering all areas from weapons systems to tracks and composite armour to optronics - the largest indoor gathering of dedicated vehicles manufacturers and components suppliers in the UK. See www.armoured-vehicles.co.uk/spex.php for the full list.
NOT EXHBITING YET?
Please come and check out the show! We'd be delighted to discuss how we can work together at the Defence IQ sales office (# 102). If you like what you see and hear, we'll be happy to reserve a stand for you on the 2011 floor plan. Priority is given to our existing 2010 exhibitors and then we'll be operating a simple first come, first served system so get there early to hold the best space! If you'd like to arrange a meeting onsite with one of our reps, please contact us at enquire@iqpc.co.uk.
How it will work onsite
We'll be operating a "Single Point of Contact" or "SPOC" system onsite by allocating a zone of the exhibition hall to each of our reps. During the build up day (Monday 1st February) and the morning of the first day (Tuesday 2nd February), we'll be in our staff T-shirts and on hand to make sure we get everybody off to a good start. From lunchtime on day one, every exhibitor has been allocated an appointment time to discuss rebooking for 2011. In addition, there will be staff available to help at all times in the organiser's office.
Our goal is to make sure you spend the maximum amount of time possible meeting with current customers and potential prospects.
Maximise your impact!!!
We want to make sure our exhibitors gain maximum exposure and ROI from their participation and we're delighted to report that we already have over 30 members of the trade and national / international press pre-registered to attend including Armada International, Army Technology, Defence Director, Jane's and the MoD Oracle. We invite you to submit your press releases to our Defence IQ Press Stand at # 116. If you submit them by 14.00 on day one (Tuesday 2nd February) we may include them in our mid-show communication.
Rebook procedure
We've expanded the exhibition hall for 2011 which offers space for more vehicles and exhibitors and will have even more feature activities to draw the crowds. We are offering a discount on our 2011 rates if you rebook during this meeting. Stands will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and can be cancelled before Friday 19th February with no penalty.
